Ma (2019)

A lonely middle-aged woman befriends a group of teenagers and decides to let them party in her basement. But there are some house rules: don’t spit on her floors, the designated driver must stay sober, no cursing, and never go upstairs. But as Ma's hospitality starts to curdle into obsession, what began as a teenage dream turns into a nightmare, and Ma's place goes from the best place in town to the worst place on earth.
